Immunologic side effects including seasonal allergy have been reported.

Dysuria has been reported frequently. Renal side effects including pollakiuria (1% to 5%), polyuria, and urinary tract infection (3%) have been reported. Micturition urgency, urinary hesitation, urinary incontinence, urinary retention, and decreased urine flow have been reported infrequently.

Ocular side effects including blurred vision (up to 4%) have been reported.

The antidepressants that increase serotonin function appear to have the greatest effect on REM sleep.

Physicians should routinely inquire about possible sexual side effects.

Withdrawal is an agonizing ordeal. Ringing in the ears, dizziness, and a host of other well known effects. This drug is poison. Thank God I never got over 60 mg a day. It turned my depression into the deepest hellhole one can imagine. Any doctor who would prescribe this horror should have to try it themselves first.

If you have any thoughts of suicide or if a friend or family member thinks you are acting strange, call your doctor right away.
