Ambien (generic is Zolpidem) is not an opiate. It's classified as a non-benzodiazepine. Valium and Xanax and the such are benzodiazepines.

Ambien (zolpidem) is a sedative / hypnotic - not an opioid. It is not tested for in a standard urine drug test. No, ambien will not show up as an opioid on a drug test.

I just found out today that my physician is requiring me to take a drug test tomorrow in order to get my prescription for oxycodone. I have been.

I went out of town and broke down. my zanax was home so i took my aunts kolonapin. I have to take a drug test on thursfor a job ( todays monday). Do.
