It's definiy not wise to stop this, or any other med without the supervision of your doctor (or without their knowledge). and sometimes with a bad outcome. I am impressed!. Or you may need to be switched to a different antidepressant all together, everbody is different and it takes trial and error to find the right medication and dosage that is helpful for you as an individual.
